The Basics The MDRP (Model Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy) applies to all domain name extensions registered with New.net, including:
.agent, .arts, .chat, .church, .game, .inc, .kids, .law, .llc, .love, .ltd, .med, .mp3, .school, .scifi, shop, .sport, .tech, .travel, .video
The MDRP may apply to Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs).
Rules and Fees Together, the MDRP Rules and the FORUM’s MDRP Supplemental Rules govern disputes falling under the scope of the MDRP. For cases filed before 01/01/06, please refer to previous versions of the FORUM’s MDRP Supplemental Rules.

Manual Filing Once you have familiarized yourself with the MDRP Rules and the FORUM’s MDRP Supplemental Rules, you may file with us manually. MDRP Complaints, Responses and Additional Submissions cannot be filed online. For assistance, refer to the filing instructions and model forms listed below.
Instructions, Forms and More Download MDRP Model Forms: The MDRP is based on the UDRP (Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy). Follow the MDRP Rules and the FORUM’s MDRP Supplemental Rules, and adjust the UDRP model forms accordingly for use in MDRP disputes. All submitted forms must use MDRP wording.
File an MDRP Complaint: Follow MDRP Rule 3 and the FORUM’s MDRP Supplemental Rule 4 for procedures and required elements when filing an MDRP Complaint.
File an MDRP Response: Follow MDRP Rule 4 and the FORUM’s MDRP Supplemental Rule 5 for procedures and required elements when responding to an MDRP Complaint.
File or Respond to MDRP Additional Submissions: Follow the FORUM’s MDRP Supplemental Rule 7 for details about the time limits and procedures when submitting additional written statements.
