| The Basics The RDRP (Restrictions Dispute Resolution Policy) and ICANN's RDRP Supplemental Rules apply to disputes in which one party claims that a .biz domain name “is not being or will not be used primarily for a bona fide business or commercial purpose.” The RDRP is sponsored by ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and applies only to the .biz domain name extension. An RDRP Complaint may be brought in conjunction with a UDRP Complaint against the same domain name.
The RDRP may apply to Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs).
Rules and Fees Combined, the RDRP, ICANN’s RDRP Supplemental Rules and the FORUM’s RDRP Supplemental Rules govern disputes falling under the scope of the RDRP. For cases filed before 01/01/06, please refer to previous versions of the FORUM’s RDRP Supplemental Rules.
The fee schedule for the FORUM’s RDRP domain name dispute services can be found in its RDRP Supplemental Rules, Rule 17 (Fees).
